A computer system for predicting membrane protein

Abstract

A computer system for predicting membrane protein structure is underconstruction. Two modules of this system was developed, in which membrane proteins are discriminated from other kinds of proteins and transmembrane helices may be predicted. The performance of the modules will be shown on workstation.
