| ゲノム情報科学研究教育機構は、科学技術振興調整費新興分野人材養成プログラムにより、京都大学化学研究所バイオインフォマティクスセンターと東京大学医科学研究所ヒトゲノム解析センターが平成14年度から実施してきたバイオインフォマティクス人材養成プログラムです。その最終年度にあたり、本プログラムと国際連携教育を行ってきた米国ボストン大学およびドイツのフンボルト大学をはじめ、バイオインフォマティクス教育拠点から研究者を招き国際シンポジウムを企画しました。本プログラムの成果報告とともに、5年間の講義を集大成した講義ビデオライブラリーの紹介、来年4月に発足予定の京都大学大学院薬学研究科医薬創成情報科学専攻の紹介も行います。なお、本シンポジウムは第17回ゲノム情報国際会議（GIW2006）の前日に同じ会場で開催されます。 |
